World Cup winner, Euro Cup winner and almost every other major trophy there is in football, Andres Iniesta has won it all.

One of the best midfielders of his generation and all time, Andres Iniesta is one of the most complete footballers the game has ever seen. A low sense of gravity, amazing ball control and an excellent vision, these are just some of the factors that have made this magician from Spain the perfect midfielder. Equally comfortable with the ball or without it, his partnership with compatriot Xavi transformed the world of football and for a period between 2008-2012, the duo ruled the world. Two Euro cups and the 2010 FIFA World Cup along with multiple UEFA Champions League and La Liga titles, Iniesta and Xavi were so utterly dominant that every team made plans to stop this juggernaut. For a while it looked like they were here to stay and their domination would never stop. But teams and players and managers caught up but the legacy lives on.

Now in his twilight, Iniesta is playing fewer games and fewer minutes when compared to his peak, but his influence is still the same. He may have lost some of his pace, but the brain behind the game continues to ripen. He is now mentoring the younger generation of FC Barcelona and Spain and will likely be replaced by Phillippe Coutinho in the coming future. But Iniesta has achieved it all, scoring the winner for his Nation's first and only World Cup as well as numerous glorious moments with both club and country, Andres Iniesta is truly one of the modern Masters of our game.
