MY FAVOURITE FOOTBALL CLUB

Real Madrid FC is the most successful football club in history of club football handsdown. 10 champions league titles, 31 league titles are testimony to their domination over the years.

However more than their domination its the style of play and club policy that has caught so many hearts. Attacking flair combined with speed has always been their motto. Never a team to sit back and relax, they epitomise all that is good with the sport.

A team formed by the supporters and funded by the state, they have always found a way to maintain a very high standard. From the 1900's since its foundation to the 1930's when they won their first league title to the glorious 1950's that included 5 consecutive european cups right upto the 2000's up untill the most recent 2014 champions league and copa del rey double, Real Madrid FC is a club rooted in success and prestige.

Not enough can be said of the quality of players to have graced the Santiago Bernebeau either which includes the likes of Puskas, Di Stefano, Amancio, Hugo Sanchez, Raul, Figo, Zidane, Ronaldo, Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo to name a select few. All of the best players at the peak of their careers have chosen this as the place to not only showcase their skills but to hone them aswell.

And not to leave out the fans who are probably one of the hardest to please but the most knowledgeable and loving at the same time, i guess thats a price to pay for passion. But one can see the fans giving a standing ovation to the home team one week and the same fans booing them and appreciating a great performance from the opposition the next. This truly represents the heart of the club culture where failure can be tolerated but not a lack of spirit, success can be overlooked but not courage.

Not enough can ever be said, it is something that needs to be lived. For fans of Real Madrid FC it is the only way they know how to.
